Location: Loch Leven is an inland fresh water loch located to the east of the settlement of Kinross. The large island in the middle of the picture is called St Serf's Inch where an early Christian church was built around 838 AD. Mary Queen of Scots was imprisoned in a castle on one of the smaller islands on the loch in the 16th century.
