This picture shows part of the coastline of Strathy Point peninsula located along the far north coastline of mainland Scotland. It is about 20 miles west of the nearest major settlement of Thurso. The coastline is of a very rugged nature with outcrop rocky formations, sea cliffs, sea stacks and arches. Viewed looking east to the approach to Strathy Point peninsula.
