A00145A Islands of Seil, Luing, Scarba and Jura

Location, southern end of Seil island off the west coast of Scotland. In the picture "Seil" and the island above "Luing" are known as the "Slate Islands" because slate was plentiful and extracted for roofing. Above Luing is "Scarba" and "Jura" (top right). These Islands lie south of Oban and form some of the Inner Hebrides group of islands. Viewed from above Seil island looking southwest over the Sound of Cuan (bottom) and the Sound of Luing (top) to the Paps of Jura in the very top right of the frame.
