A view from the River Morar and settlement of Morar to "THE SMALL ISLES" of Eigg and Rum that lie off the west coast of Scotland. These remote islands are located south of Skye and west of Morar, the mainland. Morar, which is serviced by rail, is a few miles south of Mallaig and has many sandy beaches. During World War II the Morar area was used as a base by the Special Operations Executive for operations training. Viewed looking west into the Atlantic Ocean.
